We had the task of coordinating the electricity supplier, an electrician and Ryan, as the fascia at the point of the electricity connection to the house was rotten. We had been issued a defect notice by the electricity supplier and were concerned that our electricity line (and fascia) would fall down. Ryan was great, he listened to what we needed, and didn’t try to push extras on us. He was super accommodating given the electricity supplier dictated the electricity disconnection and reconnection date and time. Ryan and team had to work to a very tight time frame to get the work completed before the electricity supplier returned to reconnect the electricity (we would have needed to pay $500 if the electricity could not be connected in the allocated time slot). Ryan also made sure he explained (and drew a picture) to illustrate the issues with the roof that led to the water damage and rotten fascia. We would highly recommend Fascia Replacement and will 100% get them back if and when we need similar works done. Thanks Ryan!!
Ryan removed all the rotten timber fascia boards in our Brunswick unit and replaced this with new timber. His ability to match the angles of the 50 year old timber was amazing. Above all his workmanship was exceptional and made the whole process simple from beginning to end. He takes pride in his work and he made sure everything was perfect before going. I would highly recommend Ryan at Fascia Replacement to fix any fascia issues you have.
